To make sure that the breading sticks well on the chicken, let the piece stay for a while before you coat another piece. Make sure to press the chicken on the breading too, and add a lot of parmesan cheese for more flavor.
You can eat this on its own, but pair it with some soup, since it's dry. You can also try to make some kind of cheese dip, which I'm sure will be amazing. But when I did this, I paired it with tomato and basil pasta --- so I ended up topping the pasta with chicken crispers, which works well, actually. I promise you, this is really easy and yummy. In Junior Master Chef Australia, I know they made this with crushed pistachios and that must be really good too, but I don't have pistachios so who cares? Haha. Anyway, I have this good idea to stuff the crispers with cheese. I want to do this again and put quickmelt cheese in middle for some surprise --- I'm sure it will be amazing.
Since kids love chicken, I'm sure that they will love this. It's very simple and it's quite healthy too!
