INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic
beef sirloin or tenderloin
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix marinade and set aside
2. Slice beef into long thin slices, pound to tenderize
3. Marinade overnight
4. Thread meat in skewers and grill
When we got married, my mother-in-law gave us an electric grill. So even though it is impossible for me to do real grilling, I am able to use that --- and I did, for this Shish Kabab dish. This is simple and is quite yummy but I regret not making some kind of dip or sauce for it. I also think that I’ve put too much oil so I found it too oily. Maybe it was the cut of meat too. I should have gotten the part of beef with the least amount of fat. Oh well, will try this again next time… with less grease and with sauce on the side.

Try marinading it in yoghurt :) the yoghurt tenderizes the meat more.
yea marinate in yoghurt and add a bit of lemon or calamansi. Skip the vinegar.. This will make the meat tender and quicker! No need to marinade overnight.. 2 hrs will be fine:)
Thanks Didi and thank you Anonymous for your tips. Now, I want to try this again with your suggestions --- cus I didn't enjoy this much!
Love you!!!
Sure give us a feedback! Enjoy! :)
