1. Saute garlic and add tofu cubes until they are brown

This is absolutely healthy but I regret using pechay because they can be a little bitter. Tofu does not really have taste, and is more of a sponge that takes the taste of the ingredients. The pechay is bitter and although the oyster sauce gives the dish some sweetness, it is not able to completely mask it, so I was quite disappointed. Still, Bon seemed to like it, and I don't know why. Maybe because it's healthy and he's just obsessed with food that does not make him pay so much in the gym. I would pick a different vegetable if I'm going to do try it again. I'd love to do asparagus, but it's quite expensive. Oh well, we'll see...
