I love cooking with butter because it makes everything taste so good. This one is really yummy and the addition of butter at the end is just so perfect, especially with the vegetables. One thing I've learned so far, when cooking vegetables, is to never really cook them. Vegetables taste better when they are crunchy. Soggy and overcooked vegetables are gross so always add them right when you are about to be done. I used young corn and sitcharo but I am guessing that you can use all kinds of vegetables for this. You can use broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, asparagus --- you name it. I picked these two because they're quite cheap. Plus, I have been using carrots so much so let's use something else, instead, right?
