COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Using little oil, stir fry the vegetables in just 2-5 minutes
2. Add oyster sauce, to taste, just when you are about to end
3. Turn off the stove and serve

If you want to enjoy this best, make sure not to overcook the vegetables. This is yummy when you can still enjoy the crunch in every bite and I love it so much because the onions are very juicy and sweet. Be careful not to add so much oyster sauce because it could be a little salty. Add just the right amount and taste it --- make sure that you just have a hint of oyster sauce --- do not allow it to be overpowering.
As usual, I did not eat this with rice, but this is great to top on rice that's really hot because the oyster sauce will mix coat the rice really well. You can choose to add all kinds of vegetables to this --- young corn, sitcharo, baguio beans and so forth.
