INGREDIENTS
string beans, cut
ground pork
garlic, chopped
onions, chopped
oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Saute garlic and onion
2. Add the ground pork, season with salt and pepper and cook until fat is rendered
3. Add the string beans and let it simmer until half-cooked
4. Add water, let it simmer
5. Add oyster sauce to taste
Here's one thing: I used to hate veggies, but things have changed. I am still not a fan of veggies but I, now, love leafy greens and beans. I also like all the veggies that you can put in a salad, but you can never make me eat things like: squash, ampalaya, brussel sprouts, okra and so many others. String beans, I absolutely love and cooking veggies with oyster sauce is very yummy and healthy! The oyster sauce gives it a lovely sweet taste that is absolutely yummy!
