Chicken Fillet in Cream Corn and Mushroom Sauce



chicken breast fillet
garlic, minced
onions, minced
cream of corn
salt and pepper


1. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant
2. Add chicken and cook until brown
3. Add mushrooms
4. Add cream of corn
5. Add salt and pepper to taste

If you want to prepare a quick meal, this one is really quick and it tastes good too. It is not expensive to prepare, and you do not have to do much, but chop onion and garlic, which I hate, by the way. Before I started cooking full-time (when I was cooking at my family’s home) I would have the help do the cutting for me and I will just enter the kitchen when everything is ready. Kind of like in cooking shows, when all the ingredients have been prepared and the the chef just needs to drop them into the pan? Hehe. Anyway, now I do all the peeling and cutting and cleaning --- and I hate that part, but I have to do it because no one else will. Anyway, this one is perfect because it doesn’t take long to prepare and if you are a busy person and you do not have time to do so much in the kitchen, it doesn’t take a genius to do this.
