INGREDIENTS
pork spareribs, cubed
tomatoes
garlic, chopped
onion, sliced
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp soy sauce
oil
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Season pork with salt and pepper
2. Saute onion, garlic and tomato
3. Add soy sauce and half of the butter
4. Set it low heat and bring the mixture to a boil or until the meat is tender
5. When the sauce is halfed, add cayenne pepper, oil and the other half of butter
The best thing about this dish is that it has very basic ingredients and yet it tastes so great. The butter and tomatoes, give it a rich taste and if there was one thing that I regret doing, it was choosing a very "bony" part of the pork. I will use ribs next time, since there's more meat, or maybe just use liempo. This is easy to make and since it uses very basic ingredients, it's not going to cost so much.
