This is a very simple dish to do and the ingredients is not so expensive. The actual cooking process is very straightforward, too. Add this, add that --- and you're all set. I am guessing you can use other vegetables other than young corn, but young corn is nice and perfect for the very tender cream dory. The sauce is quite tasty so I couldn't eat it on its own, but since it was light, I didn't really mind eating it with rice, Anyway, we eat brown rice at home, so it's healthy.
