Not a lot of people love liver, but I do. In fact, my first boyfriend used to tell people: "I'm allergic to liver" and they stop forcing him to eat. I, being allergic to seafood, found it very amazing. So when I first heard him say it, I asked: "What happens to you?" and he said: "I get grossed out!" Anyway, my sisters don't like liver, as well. So when there's liver at home, it's usually just my parents and I, that eat it --- and that's cool, because that means I get all the "chicken heart".
My first attempt at the chicken liver adobo was very good (that's the picture on top). I want to make it more dry and almost fried, next time, but I don't know how to do that. The second time I cooked it I learned a valuable lesson: leave it be and stop stirring because I ended up breaking most of the liver --- so never do that again, Crickette!
